Orders
An order is confirmed only after you receive a WhatsApp confirmation from Vedalaya. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Products opened or partially used are not eligible for return.

Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof via WhatsApp at +91 9187376200.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders will receive a bank transfer refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during promotional sales or with a discount coupon are not eligible for return unless damaged.

We ship all Vedalaya products across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹0 is applicable on all orders. This charge is non-refundable.
